Coastal GasLink (CGL) Commercial Governance Analyst
1. Administration of CGL joint governance committees, including :
- Manage and coordinate committee meetings including scheduling, meeting facilitation (via Microsoft Teams), tracking of action items
- Draft meeting minutes and required documentation for each of the committees
- Coordinate stakeholder review of meeting minutes and presentations
- Facilitate adherence to timelines for reviewing and approving minutes as well as closing actions items
- Track and maintain accurate records of committee deliverable status
- Ensure consistency across all committees, recognize there are topics that should be brought into different committees
- Implementation of and ensuring adherence to updated Terms of References for each of the committees
- Review and update governance calendar in accordance with requirements.
- Administration of committee Decision Records (as required)
2. Assisting with development and management of systems for tracking CGL commercial commitments and central document storage, including :
- Commitment database development and maintenance
- Migration of finalized and draft commercial documents from various electronic sources into a consolidated CGL Commercial Governance system
- Development of electronic filing system processes and procedures
- Responding to information or historical file queries from multiple internal CGL or TC Energy stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
3-5 years of Document Control experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
