MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.
Our client is a Canadian Fleet Lease and Rental company and they are looking their new Account Executive to join their team in Kitchener . This Territory is largely untapped with a big book of current and former clients waiting to target.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 2+ Years of proven success in Commission-driven sales
- The ability to both hunt new business and farm existing accounts for sales and renewals
- Leasing and Rental experience is an asset
- The ability to self-manage, be where you need to be to drive business.
- Manage the territory as your own business. Self-motivation is key.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Commission-driven sales in the B2B space and live near Kitchener, but all strong applicants will be considered!
