ASenior Collision Repair Estimator is needed at a busy CollisionCenter in Maple Ridge British Columbia and another in Langley BC.
They must lead their modern facilities with stateoftheart equipment& tools while being in charge of automotive estimatingcontributing towards supportive and collaborative teamwork.
Theindividuals who are passionate about the industry must be committedto excellent client service and bring a proven ability to work withestimates.
COMPENSATION
- $70000$80000 / year plus monthlybonuses

SCHEDULE
Dayshift; Monday to Friday; 7 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm. Flexibility toaccommodate overtime and infrequent travel within theprovince.
Candidateswho excel in this role must have a minimum of 5 years of industryexperience be a proficient user of the estimating software : MitchelConnect or Audatex with outstanding administration logistical andorganizational skills.
Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Managementbest practices and car service standards are vital to success inthis role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Assistthe shop manager and provide administrativesupport
Prepareestimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and / orAudatex
Providecustomer service manage clients inquiries and resolvecomplaints
Ensurequality control and perform followups asnecessary
Manageordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers andvendors
Managestaff schedules maintain employee attendancerecords
Overseeand maintain inventory of equipment andsupplies
Monitorcash and chequetransactions
Preparereports and provide statisticalinformation
Current Class5 Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
