A CollisionRepair Planner / Estimator is needed at a busy Collision Center inSurrey British Columbia to lead their modern facilities withstateoftheart equipment & tools while being in charge ofautomotive estimating contributing towards supportive andcollaborative teamwork.
The individuals who are passionate aboutthe industry must be committed to excellent client service andbring a proven ability to work with estimates.
Candidates who excel in this role must have aminimum of 5 years of industry experience be a proficient user ofthe estimating software : Mitchel Connect or Audatex withoutstanding administration logistical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Management best practices and carservice standards are vital to success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Assist the shop manager and provideadministrative support
Prepare estimatesutilizing Mitchell Connect and / orAudatex
Provide customer service manage clientsinquiries and resolvecomplaints
Ensure qualitycontrol and perform followups asnecessary
Manage ordering ofparts and coordinating logistics with suppliers andvendors
Manage staff schedules maintain employeeattendance records
Oversee and maintaininventory of equipment andsupplies
Monitor cash andcheque transactions
Prepare reports andprovide statistical information
Current Class 5Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
