ASenior Collision Repair Estimator is needed at a busy CollisionCenter in Langley British Columbia to lead their modern facilitieswith stateoftheart equipment & tools while being in chargeof automotive estimating contributing towards supportive andcollaborative teamwork.
The individuals who are passionate aboutthe industry must be committed to excellent client service andbring a proven ability to work with estimates.
COMPENSATION
- $70000$80000 / year plus monthlybonuses

SCHEDULE
Dayshift; Monday to Friday; 7 : 30 am to 3 : 30 pm. Flexibility toaccommodate overtime and infrequent travel within theprovince.
Candidateswho excel in this role must have a minimum of 5 years of industryexperience be a proficient user of the estimating software : MitchelConnect or Audatex with outstanding administration logistical andorganizational skills.
Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Managementbest practices and car service standards are vital to success inthis role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Assistthe shop manager and provide administrativesupport
Prepareestimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and / orAudatex
Providecustomer service manage clients inquiries and resolvecomplaints
Ensurequality control and perform followups asnecessary
Manageordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers andvendors
Managestaff schedules maintain employee attendancerecords
Overseeand maintain inventory of equipment andsupplies
Monitorcash and chequetransactions
Preparereports and provide statisticalinformation
Current Class5 Driver s License and a Clean Abstract
Automotive repair experience Valid Driver s License Installationexperience Reads blueprints, instructions and schematics ComputerLiterate (Word, Excel, Browser, etc.) Ample Tool Collection
