POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic BilingualSales Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses onachieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintainingcurrent customer relationships and acquiring new clients.

The roleinvolves identifying and developing sales growth opportunities andexploring new markets. The Bilingual Sales Representative acts as akey corporate ambassador nurturing and strengthening existingclient relationships.

ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS :

Account Management :

  • Develop and sustain effective relationshipswith key decisionmakers.
  • Promote sell andsecure orders from existing and newclients.
  • Create and implement strategies forclient retention and growth.
  • Identify andpursue new market opportunities.
  • Quicklyresolve any customer issues orconcerns.
  • Prepare and present detailedquotations and proposals.
  • Offer technicalsupport and guidance on company products.
  • Trackmonitor and manage client accounts to meet salestargets.

Reporting :

  • Maintain uptodate CRM records with quotes andcustomer interactions.
  • Review and analyzemonthly sales reports providing feedback on performancevariances.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in business orrelated field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturingindustry with at least 2 years in a salesrole.
  • Bilingual in Frenchand English.

REQUIREMENT :

  • Strong problemsolvingskills.
  • Preferably an engineering background ortechnical understanding.
  • Excellent professionalcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Energetic and resultsoriented with aproven track record.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage sales activitieseffectively.
  • Strong time managementorganizational and planning skills.
  • Willingnessto travel extensively; valid drivers licenserequired.
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRMsystems.
