Job description :

Our client, a leader in the tire retreading industry, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join their team.

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while promoting our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on commercial trucking companies and transportation fleets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Use a strategic mindset to analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing opportunities and independently closing transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales approaches and strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate opportunities.

Skills and qualifications :

  • College or university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze data. Identify effective sales opportunities and strategies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and teach product knowledge.
  • Motivated by results and passionate about exceptional customer service and execution.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Quebec and as needed.
  • Experience in Quebec required.
