Our client, a leader in the tire retreading industry, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join their team.
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while promoting our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on commercial trucking companies and transportation fleets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Use a strategic mindset to analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing opportunities and independently closing transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales approaches and strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate opportunities.
Skills and qualifications :
- College or university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze data. Identify effective sales opportunities and strategies.
- Ability to quickly learn and teach product knowledge.
- Motivated by results and passionate about exceptional customer service and execution.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Quebec and as needed.
- Experience in Quebec required.
