Responsibilities
- Greet all customers as they arrive in the showroom
- Respond to telephone calls
- Determine customer needs and direct the customer to appropriate individual for assistance
- Communicate effectively and professionally at all times to customers, providing exceptional friendly service
Qualifications
- Previous relevant customer service experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillst
- Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office products
- Bilingualism would be an asset
