The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will focus on Donaldson’s Mobile Solutions Aftermarket business. This business focuses on selling filtration solutions to Donaldson’s MSA customer base.
This opportunity is great for someone with previous customer service, sales operations or inside sales experience who is looking to work for an industry leader.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working together with sales peers, takes pride in attention to details, and has the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities :
In order to service some customers, this individual must be bilingual in French and English
Provide general support for Territory Managers in Canada (North Region)
Assist in growing aftermarket sales in this region.
Targeted calling and email campaigns to customer groups offering services and follow up.
Acquire knowledge of HD and hydraulic filtration technology and applications.
Maintain customer database, record phone calls and sales activities utilizing CRM.
Prepare business review presentations.
Develop and manage leads from both internal and external sources.
Provide general customer support.
TRAVEL : Up to 20%
Minimum Qualifications :
1+ year of sales or customer service experience
High School Diploma
Must be fluent in French, spoken and written
Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher
