Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential customers within the warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing market segments as well as other highly engineered custom product sectors.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve bookings and sales targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay on top of industry trends, developments, and
opportunities.
Be a customer advocate to promote opportunities to strengthen company's position with customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new
business opportunities.
Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company visibility and brand awareness.
Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to peers, the company's ream and senior leadership.
Collaborates and partners with other internal functions to accomplish product design, production, delivery, and support of products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Required proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a focus on industrial rubber solutions and products.
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements in one or more of the key target markets; warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing.
Demonstrated strong track record of successfully closing complex sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
Proven ability to analyze data in excel and review, modify PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and customers.
