Agilus is recruiting for several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the Financial Services Industry in Montreal, Quebec.
Responsibilities :
- Problem solve and troubleshoot customer issues
- Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, online chat and email communications
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions efficiently
- Work as part of a team to create an excellent customer experience in all interactions
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) French and English
- 1 year Customer Service experience is an asset
- Financial Services experience is an asset
- Computer proficiency - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
