Customer Service Representative opportunity in the Montreal area.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and providing them with the best possible service!
Responsabilies :
- Respond to customer calls and take orders
- Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries
- Advise customers on products
- Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude
- Inspect and clean the frames
- Any additional tasks related to Customer Service
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of experience in over the phone customer service
- High School Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual : English and French, oral and written
- Knowledge of the field of optics and eyewear, an asset

Qualifications :
- 1+ année d’expérience en service à la clientèle par téléphone
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Bilingue : anglais et français, à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Connaissance du domaine de l’optique et de la lunetterie, un atout
