The role is integral to carrying out the Early Careers Recruiting strategy and will focus primarily on recruiting for Aon’s internship and launch (university hires) programs.

What the day will look like
- Work with business leaders to set and implement sourcing strategy including relationship building with universities
- Assess talent by sourcing, screening and conducting interviews
- Communicate regularly with business leaders and HR leaders
- Manage and track candidates using our ATS (we us iCIMS)
- Care of internal relationships with managers
- Ensure a detailed onboarding process, in partnership with our operations team
- Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers
- Extend offers and act as Aon's brand ambassador
- Demonstrate knowledge of Recruiting team to provide feedback to hiring teams for improvements
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- At least 1 year of recruitment experienced preferred, ideal if in high volume or campus recruiting space
- Bilingual, French and English (Written and spoken)
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Ability to think outside of the box and strategically approach problem resolution
- A history of meeting tight (sometimes multiple) due dates
- A true desire to be proactive and persistent in your work
- Ability to use discretion and handle confidential information
- A tendency to be relationship-oriented (with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) and collaborate as a teammate
- Proven time management skills that you can demonstrate in a quickly-changing landscape
