In this role, you will :
- Embody the CRC culture and exemplify the CRC values - including on social media .
- Proactively develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to continually build and maintain talent pools.
- Engage in all recruitment activities necessary to fill open positions accurately and in a timely manner .
- Report accurate recruitment data on a daily basis .
- Build recruiting tools to shortlist, screen and interview the best candidates based on Hiring Managers needs and Diversity and Inclusion standards .
- Carry out all necessary onboarding steps before handing the candidate to the next department.
- Ensure a positive customer experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers .
- Represents the Talent Acquisition team during the weekend shift.
- Take part in the development of the Talent Acquisition Department.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French is required.
- Proven ability to meet targets, respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment and independent setting.
- Ability to build confidence and strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
- Proven success using a variety of sourcing strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques using social media and referral generation.
- Demonstrates rigor consistency and adaptability in performing various tasks.
- Capacity to use critical thinking with minimal supervision to ensure operation continuity.
