Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Manage both franchise and corporate restaurants to drive sales and profitability by developing and executing effective marketing strategies and operational plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction among franchise and corporate teams.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional goals with overall company objectives and support franchise partners in achieving their business targets.
  • Act as a liaison between franchise owners and corporate, facilitating communication and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant or retail industry, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit regional role overseeing 20+ units.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
