Job Summary
You will be responsible for the provision of services in various areas, including administration, data entry, finance, information technology, management information, human resources, communications and evaluation.
Projects may include :
- Support to directors, managers and officers in the development and execution of special initiatives and projects
- Research, collection and analysis of data related to the objectives and activities of the Agency
- Presentation of synthesized findings in short reports
- Assistance in the development and enhancement of systems and the creation of databases and tools
Statement of Qualifications
Education
Full-time secondary or post-secondary student in a recognized institution
Currently recognized as having full-time student status by the academic institution in which you are presently enrolled
Returning to full-time studies for your next academic term
Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards
Experience
Experience with MS excel and MS word is required
Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset
