Scope

Toprovide integrated project management leadership and expertise on alarge scale highly complex high profile and highrisk initiativethat is enterprise wide.

The role will be responsible for projectmanagement of workstreams deliverables and milestones acrossmultiple units.

• Toensure accountability for the project s centralized group of unitsand their successful full life cycle delivery. To ensure theproject is delivered on time effectively andefficiently.
• Projectmanagement in the preparation and implementation of longtermbusiness functional and technical capability roadmaps for bothproduct and process evolution as a result of modernizationprojects.
• Provideand maintain a comprehensive project plan that considers andincludes dependencies on other projects and initiatives across theMinistry and OPS.

The project plan developed will be responsive toagile project delivery while achieving daytoday tracking ofvoluminous tasks milestones workstreams complex risks and issueswhile managing multiple intricate dependencies across a diverseintegrated project team whose resources are not directly reportingto a single entity.

• Delivercoordination and tracking of tasks milestones workstreams andcomplex risks and issues using modern and proven project managementtools.
• Theintegrated project manager is required to work across all units todrive cohesion within the CDT project including key stakeholders tomaintain an overarching integrated and robust project plan.
• ProjectManager role to ensure tracking of activities and milestonesspecific to an IT vendor and their delivery of the digital justicesolution.

AssignmentDeliverables

• Preparationand maintenance of an integrated detailed project plan to deliver adigital and business transformation for Office of the PublicGuardian and Trustee(OPGT).
• Preparationof weekly biweekly and adhoc project reporting to support themodernization and transformation initiative and presenting tointernal and external stakeholders.
• Preparationand maintenance of a Project Plan that aligns to modernization andtransformation initiative initiatives currently underway.
• Riskand issues management.

• CertifiedProject Manager
• Atleast 8 years Project Management experience in delivering complexdigital / I&IT projects using agile waterfall and hybridmethodologies

• Knowledgeof Project Management best practices tools and organizationalstructures to support twoway communication with a large group ofproject partners.
• Technicalfunctional knowledge of project management tracking tools (i.e. MSproject).
• Abilityto develop visually appealing products that can depict short mediumand long term project milestones and timelines.
• Abilityto proactively identify potential risk events and issues beforethey occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.

Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks at senior executivelevels and recommends mitigation strategies for decisionmakers.

• Ableto comprehend business process and technology to lead andfacilitate discussions and feedback to prepare a transformationroadmap;
• Deliverhigh level options analysis and recommendations to management onworkplans to ensure compliance to timelines and projectgoals;
• Assistin the detailed evaluation and development of workplans to removeor mitigate project delays specifically due to dependencies.
