About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Job location :
Hybrid model (4 days from home, 1 day from the office each week) at our downtown Montreal office (2020 Robert-Bourassa).
What you’ll do here :
- Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating outstanding customer service.
- Answer customer questions and make adjustments related to their customer account.
- Promote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile device
- Send documents or copies of policies to clients.
- Respond to various customer needs such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-memberships after cancellation and resolving problems encountered by customers.
What you bring to the table :
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Demonstrated skills with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android
- Experience in a call center environment (asset)
- High autonomy, dynamic, and strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office suite and others
- Internet connection with a speed of at least 30 Mbit / s
- Bilingual (French and English)
- No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada
