Description de posteDiplôme en Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Logistique, Commerce, ou dans un domaine connexe. 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en logistique, approvisionnement ou coordination de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Maîtrise d'Excel et de la Suite Microsoft Office; expérience avec un ERP est un atout. Excellente attention aux détails et compétences en résolution de problèmes. Solides compétences en communication Capacité à gérer les priorités efficacement dans un environnement dynamique. Personne ingénieuse, flexible et capable de travailler de manière autonome. Excellentes aptitudes de communication en Français. Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues. Process and track purchase orders within the ERP system to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor material availability and collaborate with internal teams to prevent delays. Assist in optimizing logistics workflows and improving operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier communications and order processing. Support cross-functional teams in coordinating supply chain activities. Perform other related duties as required. Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain coordination. Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an asset. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, particularly with suppliers. Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication skills in French.
Nous recherchons un Coordonnateur de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, rigoureux et proactif, pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est responsable de garantir la disponibilité des matériaux, d'assurer une coordination fluide entre les fournisseurs et les équipes internes, de gérer le traitement des commandes et de soutenir l'efficacité opérationnelle au sein de nos processus. Le candidat idéal possède un sens de l’organisation élevé et a la capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités :
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour confirmer les commandes, suivre les expéditions et résoudre tout problème.
- Traiter et suivre les bons de commande dans le système ERP afin d'assurer des livraisons ponctuelles.
- Surveiller la disponibilité des matériaux et collaborer avec les équipes internes pour éviter les retards.
- Contribuer à l'optimisation des flux logistiques et à l'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Maintenir une documentation précise et complète sur les communications avec les fournisseurs et le traitement des commandes.
- Soutenir les équipes internes dans la coordination des activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins.
