The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The measure of your success will be building and executing on the overall TuaPay brand and marketing strategy, social media growth and engagement, and channel marketing awareness and growth (in turn, increasing TuaPay’s KPIs).
What you’ll be working on :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, investor relations, events, conferences, and promotions.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention by developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies leveraging A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, referral programs, and other performance-driven tactics.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
- Utilize data analytics and performance tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize marketing spend, and drive ROI-focused decision-making.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Manage all related external vendor relationships.
