Job description

Our client is currently hiring a Field Marketing Specialist located in Alberta, Canada who is willing to travel to different cities within Alberta.

Our client is a leading Real Estate and Investment firm who is looking for a marketing enthusiast who thrives on organization, precision, and dedication. This role involves visiting different properties in different cities across Alberta to ensure all marketing standards are consistently high across all locations.

You'll receive comprehensive support and mentorship during your initial three months, but you should be self-driven, inquisitive, and eager to grow in a vibrant setting.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Regional Liaison : Be the primary contact for field teams in your region, providing insights and feedback to the Senior Marketing Leader. Coordinate project kickoffs, vendor communication, and stakeholder updates. Manage marketing projects using project management tools, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
  • Brand Stewardship and Acquisition Support : Conduct site assessments, implement action plans to maintain brand standards, and manage promotional item inventory. Represent marketing in new asset acquisitions, executing tasks and offering location-specific knowledge.
  • Community and Event Support : Partner with the Event Coordinator to support regional events and programming. Attend and assist in event execution.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze competitors to suggest improvements for customer experience and marketing materials. Research, propose, and test new marketing strategies based on market trends.

What We're Looking For :

  • Education or experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
  • Over four years of marketing team or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Yardi, MailChimp) is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel within Alberta for up to five days per week.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to anticipate and communicate needs effectively.
