What you will be doing :

• Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including performance management and strategic planning.
• Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and meeting sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate your team through regular coaching, development plans, and clear performance goals.
• Handle daily operations, resource allocation, and ensure smooth clinic functionality.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold clinic standards.
• Monitor operational accuracy, including invoices, deposits, and financial reports.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Conduct consultations with clients and organize information sessions to enhance patient engagement.
