Creative Programs Director

Visionary leaders are sought to spearhead VIFF's artistic vision, fostering a collaborative environment with the Artistic Director of Films. This dynamic duo will drive the creation of innovative annual and long-term programming plans, while continuously refining existing programs.

The successful candidate will be accountable for curatorial excellence, audience growth, and revenue generation, reporting directly to the Executive Director. With a focus on showcasing exceptional film content, the Artistic Director of Programs will oversee the development and implementation of impactful programming initiatives.

Visionary candidates should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the film industry. Experience in program development, curation, and project management would be highly beneficial.
