Adecco Professional is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join one of our clients in the exciting and busy media industry; please note that this is a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days / week in office (downtown Toronto - TTC accessible). We are looking for a talented individual to represent Adecco Professional who is self-driven, eager and both numbers / detail oriented; 6 months to start with potential to extend or more. To qualify for this Accounting Clerk job opening in Toronto, ON, you must have some previous experience working in an Accounting Clerk or Accounts Payable or Invoicing capacity. The responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk job opening in Toronto may include, but are not limited to :
- Update customer profiles in a database
- Match invoices to PO / Cost Center numbers to ensure accuracy
- Generate invoice from system to ensure timely submission and error free
- Liaise with internal clients to understand charges to accounts for clearer understanding
- Follow up on return invoices and missing or incorrect details
- Verify data and correct where necessary and reach out to obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Other administrative and clerical support where required
