About The Role

What You Will Do :

  • Manage talent programs – Streamline key processes with precision.
  • Keep things on track – Create and maintain tracking charts to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Support the voice of leadership – Draft polished emails and memos, adapting templates as needed.
  • Make things happen – Coordinate interviews, meetings, and boardroom bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy – Proofread documents, post materials on SharePoint, and maintain records flawlessly.
  • Liaise with key partners – Work with external service providers on logistics and payments.
  • Stay ahead – Manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle expenses, and more.
