This is a part-time position, 4 hours per day, flexible schedule (preferable from 10 am to 2 pm), 5 days work from the office (North York Centre Station, Toronto). Requirements : 1+ years of experience in a relevant position preferably in an IT company (Administration, Office Manager, Personal Assistant) Highly organized team player with a positive attitude Excellent organizational and communication skills Initiative, creative mindset, and ability to suggest improvements Upper-Intermediate English Responsibilities : Assistance to Office management and office-related projects Participation in the organization of corporate events and clubs Take participation in daily lunch management (Tracking employee attendance, coordinating with caterers, finding new restaurants) Assistance to Operation and HR Managers in any administrative work etc.  Coming up with ideas and organizing team-building activities  Keeping the office in good working order - Stocking up on supplies and snacks, making sure all equipment is in good working order and that the office is in a clean and organized state.  Decorating during holidays and finding new ways to upgrade the look and efficiency of the space.  Would be a plus : Previous experience in tech companies with start-up culture Previous experience in office management and events planning We offer : Opportunity for professional and career growth  Paid lunches Training and workshops About LotusFlare LotusFlare employees join and remain at LotusFlare for two simple reasons.
