Position Title : Office Services Supervisor
Type : Onsite 5 days per week.

The Company and The Role :
Our client is a leading real estate investment firm in midtown Toronto. They are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Office Services. The position entails working closely with representatives of the head office to ensure that core office functions are efficient and well maintained, namely, stocking office and other supplies, managing requests for equipment and repairs, handling all ad-hoc requests, and overseeing reception services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Receptionist who will be your direct report
- Coordinate and distribute all required items for new hires, including but not limited to, security passes, welcome kits
- Oversight of any office-related projects (renovations, new office furniture, desk moves)
- Manage and coordinate office repairs with outside vendors
- Track and order kitchen supplies and office supplies
- Maintain organization and inventory of copy / print rooms, office services storage, and kitchen supplies
- Pay / approve office-related invoices, track spending, and set up payment for office-related vendors
- Coordinate and report building issues (heating, power, etc.); act as liaison to Landlord’s property management team
