This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level graduate to contribute to the firm's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday. What you will be doing : Assist staff with office services requests, including photocopying, binding, and scanning documents. Provide administrative support as needed. Assist at Reception as required. Keep the Office Services Coordinator informed of operational, or staff concerns and make recommendations for resolution. Set up catering for meetings and events as required. Support firm and client functions, including those outside regular business hours. Provide support to and coverage for the Mailroom. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all situations. Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous office experience is advantageous. Possess a customer service-oriented mindset.
