As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation, and resolution of claims files in litigation. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.
How you will create impact :
- Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating, and making decisions autonomously to resolve complex bodily injury claims.
- Contacting claimants, clients, lawyers, and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims.
- Managing complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.
- Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.
