Job description

Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Controller who is a strong leader and has a track record of going above and beyond for their clients and colleagues! They are a fast-growing service company in the pharmaceutical industry based out of Cambridge. This position will report directly to the controller, focusing on managing junior financial associates, and month and year-end. This position offers a 100% remote work option.

Responsibilities :

Managing junior finance associates

Reconciliations

Month-end and year-end financial

Oversee compliance with government regulations

Audit expense and claims

Work with external Auditors

Requirements :

CPA designation, or close to completion

3+ years experience in Public Accounting

Strong organization skills

Able to move from task to task swiftly
