Customer Service Part-Time Position (Remote)
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team remotely, offering exceptional customer service to our growing client base. This position focuses on communication through email, online platforms, and other digital channels—not by phone—so you'll be providing support and answering questions without the need for phone interactions. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, remote environment and have a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and other online communication channels, providing clear and accurate information about our programs and services.
- Effectively handle client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a smooth and helpful customer experience.
- Support the team in fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive work culture that emphasizes collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and feedback.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $18.50 - $24.50, based on experience.
