Customer Service Part-Time Position (Remote)

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team remotely, offering exceptional customer service to our growing client base. This position focuses on communication through email, online platforms, and other digital channels—not by phone—so you'll be providing support and answering questions without the need for phone interactions. Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and other online communication channels, providing clear and accurate information about our programs and services.
  • Effectively handle client concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a smooth and helpful customer experience.
  • Support the team in fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive work culture that emphasizes collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and feedback.

Skills & Experience :

  • High School Diploma with Accounting 12 or Math 12 preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and friendly responses.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and proficiency in using online tools, platforms, and applications.
  • A genuine passion for providing top-tier customer service and helping others, even without direct phone contact.
  • Comfortable using social media, tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools to interact with customers.
  • A proactive attitude in seeking innovative ways to personalize and enhance the customer experience.
  • The ability to explain information in a professional, respectful, and approachable manner, ensuring clarity for customers with varying levels of understanding.

    • Salary :

    This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $18.50 - $24.50, based on experience.
