Compensation : Base $60K and $120K - $140K On Target Earnings with uncapped commissions.
Location : Remote. Must be located anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area.
Travel : Minimal travel. Only on an as needed basis.
Job Description
This role emphasizes proactive business development, with 70% of time dedicated to growing business within the existing client base and 30% focused on acquiring new clients. Account management responsibilities will be handled as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a combination of cold calling, lead follow-up, and targeted marketing activities to identify and qualify sales prospects.
- Pursue opportunities within an assigned territory, engaging potential clients to address inquiries, understand future plans, and generate robust business opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve annual goals and quotas as established by the leadership team.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to securing deals, with both new clients and existing accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and build long-term partnerships.
- Present products and services to prospective and current clients across all lines of business.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster trust-based relationships.
- Maintain frequent communication with clients to identify needs and support business growth.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to uphold the company’s reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Follow the organization’s defined sales processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and increase sales.
