Responsibilities
Following instructions of data classification / retention
Will take specific actions to remediate data, working with multiple shared drives
High level analysis what documents to be disposed / keep
Implement correct data classification
Daily- working on a specific shared drive and list.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
- Proficiency with excel
- Data entry / remediation 1 plus years
- Banking experience
- Meeting SLA’s
- Experience having dealt with customer information (confidential information).
- Customer service experience
NICE TO HAVE :
Previous experience in risk mgmt
EDUCATION : Post- Secondary education is ideal (in a related field)
