The Opportunity
Tundra has an opening for an Inside Sales, Power Products, in Calgary / Edmonton Alberta. The successful candidate will be a sales professional who reflects a commitment to being responsive to our customer’s unique needs.
They will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills as they navigate a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Their ability to demonstrate a high degree of collaboration and support with stakeholders is key.
The Role
- Foster relationships with customers by exploring business opportunities, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirement
- Prepare and execute sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to completion Using ERP software
- Support customers and internal business units with technical requirements
- Coordinate orders with internal business units and manufactures to ensure our customers receive a positive experience, quality products and flawless execution
- Communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Customer order management
- Supporting the division manager with forecasting, and reporting
The Candidate
- Experience in an inside sales technical role supporting industrial, institutional, and commercial products
- Experience with VFDs, Motors and Switchgear
- Experience quoting Industrial Buildings is considered an asset
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong mechanical aptitude to navigate technical questions and address warranty and service-related issues.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
