The ideal candidate will be a passionateleader with a proven track record in driving revenue upholdingForbes and LQA standards fostering a luxury service culture.
AsGeneral Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring thesuccess of the hotels Venues by overseeing daytoday operationsdeveloping training programs on delivering exceptional guestexperiences and supporting the overall growth of theestablishment.
What you will bedoing :
Team Leadership andDevelopment :
- Work in partnership withARC Restaurant Chef to execute flawlessoperation
- Recruit train and mentorensuring a positive and motivating work environment ensuringa guestcentric mindset
- Conductperformance evaluations and provide constructivefeedback
- Empower and support colleagues toresolve guest issues promptly
RevenueGeneration :
- Develop and implementinnovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitabilitywhile collaborating with the marketing team tocreate promotions and socialevents
- Ensure forecasting accuracy andstrategies to strive to achieve financial budget analyze reportsfind growth areas optimize sales
- Implementeffective cost control measures of all food beverage labor andoperating expenses

Sustainability Health and SafetyCompliance :
- Actively participate inthe Fairmont Sustainability Program Food Safety Committee anddetermine departmentspecific actionitems

Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Minimum of 3years of experience in a senior management role within a luxuryrestaurant or hotel setting
- Entrepreneurialmindset with strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Proven track record in drivingrevenue and achieving financial targets
- Strongunderstanding of Forbes and LQA standards and a commitment todelivering exceptional guestexperiences
- Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate adiverse team
- Exceptional attention to detailand a passion for maintaining high standards in all aspects of therestaurants operation
- Ability to workeffectively with programs including Microsoft Office Open TableOpera and Silverware
- Adept at problemsolvingdecisionmaking and conflictresolution
- Knowledge of the local culinaryscene and trends
- Bachelors degree inhospitality management business or a related field ispreferred
