This is a hybrid position located in Canada.

What the day will look like
You will be working with Aon’s Client Information Management (CIM) team to review and analyze current client contracts to ensure they include standard privacy language, supporting Aon in the continuous improvement and expansion of benchmarking studies.
Responsibilities of the role include :
- Reviewing client contracts to identify whether they contain standard confidentiality provisions.
- Identifying non-standard contracts and escalating cases that require additional information or specific client notifications.
- Collaborating with client leaders and finance teams to gather current contract information where not available.
- Documenting and tracking the status of reviewed contracts and ensuring that any necessary follow-up actions are taken.
- Assisting the client information management team in the collection of Human Capital benefit details, covering group benefits, wealth accumulation programs, and other programs / perks related to attracting and retaining talent.

You will work with expert information and legal professionals to ensure compliance and support the launch of new benchmarking tools.
Additionally, you will learn about Aon's Human Capital business and where clients have increasing needs for benchmarking and prevalence of group benefits, wealth, and talent programs.
Coming out of Covid and with the continued war for talent, employers are actively interested in knowing the new benefits and perks being offered to employees.
Capturing this data for benefit benchmarking to colleagues and clients is exciting and impactful.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong verbal and written communications skills;
- Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents;
- Ability to connect with client leaders and finance teams to gather information;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
