Key Responsibilities :
Paid Marketing Campaigns : Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
HubSpot Mastery : Utilize HubSpot for campaign execution, including email automation, workflows, reporting, and integration with paid media channels.
Ensure HubSpot’s CRM and reporting tools are leveraged to their fullest potential for campaign success.
Analytics & Reporting : Use HubSpot Analytics , Google Analytics , and other data platforms to track and measure the success of paid campaigns.
Monitor key metrics like CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, and others to optimize performance.
Market Trend Analysis : Analyze market data and trends, using insights to adjust paid media strategies and ensure campaigns align with current market demands and customer behavior.
Email Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns within HubSpot. Segment audiences, create A / B test strategies, and monitor results to continuously improve email performance.
Optimization & A / B Testing : Constantly test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and other assets to improve performance across all paid media channels.
Budget Management : Oversee the paid marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget while achieving maximum efficiency and results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized performance.
Performance Reporting : Present regular reports on campaign performance, analytics, and insights to senior leadership. Provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns and strategy adjustments.
Continual Learning : Stay up to date on the latest trends in paid media, marketing automation, and HubSpot updates to continually refine and innovate campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in paid marketing management (including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), with a proven track record of managing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot , particularly for paid media integrations, campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills , with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to set up and manage email campaigns within HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Experience with A / B testing , landing page optimization, and conversion tracking to improve paid marketing performance.
Strong understanding of market trends , customer behavior analysis, and how to adjust campaigns accordingly.
Proven experience managing budgets for paid marketing campaigns while optimizing for cost-efficiency and ROI.
Advanced Excel skills for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments (marketing, sales, creative, etc.) to execute cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and growth in paid media.
Preferred Experience :
Certification in Google Ads , HubSpot , or other relevant marketing platforms.
Experience with retargeting / remarketing campaigns and programmatic advertising .
Familiarity with SEO , SEM , and content marketing strategies that complement paid media efforts.
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to communicate campaign performance effectively.
