Areyou a visionary Product Manager ready to lead innovative AIpoweredsoftware solutions in the healthcare sector As a Senior ProductManager at ICIGAI you will play a pivotal role in driving productstrategy building scalable solutions and enhancing datadrivendecisionmaking processes for healthcare providers.

Reporting to theDirector of Product you will collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto deliver solutions that streamline workflows enhance patient careand support internaloperations.

WHATYOU WILLDO :

Lead the product strategy roadmap anddevelopment for AIpowered tools that enhance healthcareinteractions and internal operations.

Collaborate with engineering data scienceand operations teams to define requirements and deliver scalablesolutions.

Oversee the development of tools supporting datagovernance migration and management while ensuring high standardsof data quality and integrity.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders togather insights prioritize product features and identifyopportunities for improvement.

Drive the productization process with afocus on scalability usability and a datadrivenapproach.

Understand market trends and emerging technologies inhealthcare to ensure continuous innovation in our productofferings.

Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launchensuring timely delivery and alignment with businessgoals.

Serve as a product evangelist communicating the valueand impact of ICIGAI s products internally andexternally.

Foster a culture of innovation collaboration andcontinuous learning across the product managementteam.

Requirements

WHATYOUBRING :

7 years of product managementexperience with a focus on AIpowered tools or datamanagement solutions.

Strong technical acumen with experience in datamanagement AI solutions and automationtechnologies.

Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams indelivering innovative softwareproducts.

Healthcare industry experience particularly in life sciences or healthcare software is a strongplus.

Demonstrated ability to turn complex business problemsinto scalable technical solutions.

Exceptional communication skills withexperience working directly with stakeholders andcustomers.

Experience working in agile fastpaced environmentspreferably in technology or SaaSstartups.

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalentknowledge andexperience.

As a Senior Product Manager at ICIGAI, you will play a pivotal rolein driving product strategy, building scalable solutions, andenhancing data-driven decision-making processes for healthcareproviders.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions thatstreamline workflows, enhance patient care, and support internaloperations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO : Lead the product strategy, roadmap,and development for AI-powered tools that enhance healthcareinteractions and internal operations.

Collaborate with engineering,data science, and operations teams to define requirements anddeliver scalable solutions. Oversee the development of toolssupporting data governance, migration, and management whileensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.

Act as aliaison between stakeholders to gather insights, prioritize productfeatures, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Drive theproductization process with a focus on scalability, usability, anda data-driven approach. Understand market trends and emergingtechnologies in healthcare to ensure continuous innovation in ourproduct offerings.

Lead the product lifecycle from concept tolaunch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Serve as a product evangelist, communicating the value and impactof ICIGAI s products internally and externally.

Foster a culture ofinnovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across theproduct management team. WHAT YOU BRING : 7+ years of productmanagement experience, with a focus on AI-powered tools or datamanagement solutions.

Strong technical acumen, with experience indata management, AI solutions, and automation technologies. Provenability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovativesoftware products.

Demonstrated ability to turn complex businessproblems into scalable technical solutions. Exceptionalcommunication skills, with experience working directly withstakeholders and customers.

Experience working in agile, fast-pacedenvironments, preferably in technology or SaaS startups. Bachelor sdegree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
