What will your typical day look like?

As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be on supporting the implementation and successful completion of full funnel marketing campaigns with high attention to deadlines.

You will collaborate closely with different teams to deliver impactful marketing outcomes to our clients. This position reports directly to the Integrated Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Support marketing campaign asset creation and execution (content and digital assets)
  • Develop client-facing content such emails, presentation decks, etc. and review content for Deloitte Voice
  • Lead and facilitate risk review processes including CASL, AODA, Bill 96 compliance, client relationships, marketing agency and marketing processes
  • Support invoicing and other administrative tasks where required
  • Review and support CRM requests and other digital-related asks
  • Submit translation requests for client facing content
  • Conduct market research as required
  • Participate in campaign and / or client meetings as required to update status sheets, follow up on meetings, and action new tasks where required
  • Liaise on status updates on responsibilities to Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager
  • Continuous learning and knowledge of portfolio is required

This position is part of Deloitte's Integrated Marketing team, a center of expertise dedicated to supporting Deloitte's growth opportunities and relationship aspirations.

The team is a strategic partner to Deloitte's Sustainable Cost Transformation and Turnaround practice, and is responsible for planning and executing full funnel marketing campaigns, designed to boost our brand, generate clients' interest and influence sales for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Integrated Marketing
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed workback schedules in close collaboration with marketing leads
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while delivering them on time and on budget
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment is a strong asset

Technical skills :

  • Outlook - Proficient
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Word / PowerPoint - Proficient
  • Excel - Proficient
  • Project management - Proficient
  • Workfront software experience is an asset

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
