Reporting to the Associate Director, Automotive Marketing
The Senior Specialist, Automotive Partner Marketing is responsible for identifying opportunities and providing marketing support to increase SiriusXM exposure and customer awareness within partner-owned properties.
Responsibilities include working with Canadian automotive manufacturers to develop and execute digital and social media campaigns, integration within CRM, point of sale materials, training, marketing communications, events, project and research analysis as well as consumer retention strategies.

Accountabilities
- Plan and execute OEM marketing initiatives with all automotive partners in Canada.
- Coordinate training support within partner-owned platforms and promotion of SiriusXM dealer training platform.
- Drive stronger conversion and retention rates by integrating within partner Customer Relationship Management (CRM) communications.
- Maintain, update and increase inclusion on partner websites as well as SiriusXM automotive webpages.
- Develop opportunities for social media collaboration, owner app integration and in-vehicle messaging.
- Coordinate integration within partner events such as Auto Shows, product launches, consumer-facing events, etc.
- Administer and track OEM cooperative marketing budgets where applicable.
- Track, order, distribute and manage inventory to ensure OEM partnership teams have assets on hand for campaigns, meetings and events.
- Coordinate automotive marketing activities which includes the development and distribution of point-of-sale collateral, event merchandise, print materials, digital media assets.
- Work closely with external advertising and design agencies to develop exciting and effective partner marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional departments to ensure project execution timeliness.
- Organize materials for proofing, translation, printing and fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, agencies and vendors.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Level of Education
College or university degree in Marketing or related discipline
Job-related Experience
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience in automotive (preferred), media, telecommunication or electronic sectors.
- Experience working with high-value partners, agencies and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Background
- Valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle for travel.
- Valid passport and ability to accommodate travel across North America (10 15% of the time).
- Capacity to work some evenings and weekends.
- Computer skills including expertise in Google Suite of Services, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task in a face-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management, project management, organization and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting and GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Communications
