The ideal candidate must have some experience in condominium development law.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
- 2+ years of real estate experience with some exposure to condominium development is required.
- Ability to carry files from opening through to completion.
- Demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in corresponding with third parties.
- Strong knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office programs.
