Our highly reputable and respected Toronto-based client is searching for a highly motivated ICI Project Manager / Estimator to join their fast-paced downtown Ottawa office!

Then this is an opportunity for you!In this dynamic role, you'll wear two hats Project Manager and Estimator. You'll lead the charge on various ICI construction and renovation projects, from initial planning to successfulpletion.
As the estimating ace, you'll preparepetitive tenders, ensuring accuracy and a keen eye for risk management.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a passionate individual with :
- 5+ years' experience as an Estimator / Project Manager
- Construction-related degree / diploma (a plus!)
- Eligibility to pass Reliability / Secret Security Clearance
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans and contracts
- Excellentmunication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points if you have :
Knowledge of relevant construction law and building codes
Mandatory / Must have :
- Timber ICI Estimation & Project Management exposure OR Strong Residential Estimation experience
- License and vehicle access
- Must be immediately located within the general region (applications falling outside of Ottawa and the surrounding areas will be automatically non-qualified)
