PositionOverview

We are seeking a highly motivated energetic and driven BusinessDevelopment Representative to join our remote team. This role isideal for individuals with proven B2B sales experience particularlywithin agency settings who are passionate about driving growth andbuilding strong client relationships in the Ontario or BCmarkets.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Identify and generatenew business leads through cold calling cold emailing and otheroutreach methods.
  • SalesPipeline Management : Maintain and manage a robust salespipeline to ensure consistent growth and clientacquisition.
  • ClientEngagement : Conduct sales presentations negotiate termsand close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with ourrecruitment team to ensure client needs are met and contracts aresuccessfully fulfilled.
  • Virtual Meetings : Utilize Zoom andGoogle Meet for most client interactions with occasional inpersonmeetings as required.
  • Market Focus : Concentrate efforts oneither the Ontario or British Columbia markets ensuring strongregional presence and client relationships.

Compensation

  • CommissionBased : 100%commission with no cap on earning potential.
  • Ongoing Commissions : 25% of profitsfrom client contracts for the duration ofemployment.
  • First MonthBonus : 50% of profits from the first month ofbilling.
  • High Earning Potential : Unlimitedcommissions provide the opportunity to significantly increase yourincome based on performance.

Requirements

  • Experience :
  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably within anagency setting.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in generating leads managing pipelines and closingdeals.
  • Equipment : Must have your own phonelaptop and vehicle (no exceptions).
  • Location :
  • Ontariocandidates must be near or within driving distance of theGTA.
  • BC candidates must be near keyareas such as Richmond Surrey Langley etc.
  • Availability : Ability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM in your designatedtimezone.
  • BackgroundCheck : Must pass a criminal background check and bebondable with no pending or past charges as the role involveshandling financial data and access to secure facilities with strictgovernment regulations.
