- Promptlyrespond to inbound sales inquiries via phone email and chat servingas the primary point of contact for newcustomers
- Leadnew customers through the initial setup and implementation of Loopsproducts orservices
- Clearlyarticulate the value proposition of ourproducts
- Maintaina high level of product knowledge to communicate featureseffectively andbenefits
- Workclosely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individualand team revenuetargets
- Maintaindetailed and accurate records of all activities in our CRMsystem
- Providevaluable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality andcampaignperformance
Requirements
- 1year of experience in sales or customer service in a startupenvironment
- Mustbe willing to work 100% inoffice (this is not hybrid orremote)
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills capable of crafting clearand effectivemessages
- Atenacious attitude with the resilience to handle frustration andmaintain a positive outlook when engaging with newcustomers
- Strongorganizational skills to manage a high volume of calls andmultitask efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment
- Comfortableusing or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools tomaximizeefficiency
- Adesire to learn grow and contribute to a teamorientedenvironment
- Motivatedby exceeding targets with a proven track record of consistentlyoverachievingquotas
- Abilityto analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts andmake necessaryadjustments
