Candidate will lead technical teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Candidate’s expertise in Pega technology will be essential in guiding the development process and mentoring junior team members
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with Pega standards and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends to continuously improve the architecture and delivery processes.
Requirements : You are :

- Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Certifications : Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is mandatory
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
