We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Wealth Management team. in Ville Saint-Laurent! As an executive assistant for two partners, you will play a key role in the organization and management of daily operations within our firm.
You will work in a dynamic environment, working closely with high net worth clients and will be a vital member of our senior management team

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities :
High-level administrative support : Meeting planning, calendar management, travel coordination for both partners.
Primary contact : You will be the main contact for customers, external partners, and other stakeholders.
Communications management : Processing and prioritizing emails, phone calls and other correspondence.
Document preparation : Writing and updating presentations, reports and other documents related to clients and projects.
Customer account management : Opening accounts for new customers, tracking transfers and managing portfolio information.
Events and meetings : Organization of meetings, reservation of rooms, coordination of logistics (meals, equipment).
Translation : Translation support for internal and external communication.
Forecast and anticipate needs : Identify potential problems before they arise and address them proactively.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 5 years as an executive assistant, preferably in a wealth management or financial services environment.
Technical skills : Advanced mastery of office tools, in particular Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups). Mastery of software used in wealth management is an asset.
Language skills : Bilingualism (French and English) mandatory.
Knowledge of wealth management : Experience in financial planning, investments, life insurance and client portfolio management is a major asset.
Personal qualities : Great organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent team spirit and autonomy.
