Responsibilities
- Stays informed of trends and innovative sourcing strategies and platforms, recruiting techniques and trends to attract and compete for top talent across the globe.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends, create reports, and tell the story with data.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop processes, best practices, and TA initiatives.
- Researches and recommends solutions based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, new technology / social platforms, best practices, and HR legislation.
- Creates high-quality training, documentation, and communications to support team initiatives.
- Identifies and evaluates appropriate external vendors, consultants, and partners, and manages relationships and deliverables.
- Collaborates with other departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline; working towards relevant designation preferred.
- 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) is an asset.
- Experience developing corporate recruitment campaigns and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in the utilization of key social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and talent acquisition technologies.
- Ability to analyze information and data and make recommendations and best practices.
- Experience with talent acquisition KPIs and developing enterprise reports.
- Results oriented and with proven project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask, and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management skills.
