There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Marketing Team as the Digital Marketing Manager.
Working closely with senior sales and marketing staff, these individuals will be directly responsible for the overall digital marketing and communications strategy and execution of Onni’s residential brands.
This position takes a leading role in the supervision and planning of the company’s digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
The role seeks a confident individual with a knack for brand.

What Will You Do?
- Overall strategic planning of digital marketing activities for multiple residential brands : Online paid display campaigns (Google, Programmatic Display)Paid Social media campaigns Instagram, Facebook, LinkedInSEO / SEM initiatives
- Manage corporate organic social media channels, including developing and executing channel strategies, creating and overseeing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content.
- Create comprehensive, actionable social and digital media project launch plans that align with overarching strategies, ensuring proper targeting, budget allocation, and creative development.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Managing corresponding external partners (consultants / freelancers) to execute and optimize campaigns
- Scope all contractor work, negotiate rates, and brief in project requirements / strategy
- Development of all PO’s for all vendor partners / contractors
- Using data to pull reports to determine real-world goals, solutions, trends, and paths forward
- Using data to set goals and decision making
- Setting realistic goals and targets for MOM / YOY growth and measurement by project
- Ensuring messaging across platforms and lines of outward communication is accurate, thought through, and relevant
- Managing Google My Business listings across properties : ongoing updates, build new listings and manage associated Google approval process
- Liaise / troubleshoot issues with internal and external partners (IE billing, account setup, connectivity across platforms, etc)
- Install / QA all site tagging to support measurement and campaign performance
- Install measurement solutions for tracking true impact on sales and manage any necessary ongoing troubleshooting
- Execute in-house campaigns across paid social for ad-hoc projects
- Ongoing review of project creative and liaising with marketing team for updates that align with platform & industry best practices.
- Conduct various website audits and project manage execution of recommendations
- Define Google Analytics KPIs, configure all goals / audience segments / tracking events, and build regular reports for website KPIs
- Develop asset requests, messaging grids, and testing approach; provide feedback / direction for brand templates
- Audience segments define and document target segments
- Consult on email program strategy / automation and templates
- Digital Learning : providing industry insights, creating best practice documents, mentoring other marketing team members on various aspects of digital marketing initiatives
What You Will Bring :
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a digital marketing capacity
- Exceptionally good at prioritizing, time managing, and multi-tasking
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- An extensive knowledge of digital initiatives and best practices, including social media, SEO, and Google products such as Analytics, Ads, and Webmaster Tools
- Experience in marketing roles at management level (in real estate is a strong asset)
- A post-secondary school diploma / degree (Marketing or Business concentrations an asset)
- The ability to take data analysis and reporting, and convert to real world trends, meanings, and solutions
- An ability to provide insight and strategic recommendations to achieve project objectives
- Strong computer skills : a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is essential, and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset
- An innate sense for what looks good, and how to keep initiatives on-brand
- Experience with CRM software and website platforms like WordPress & Craft is an asset
