About our client and the role :
Our client is a Digital marketing agency that works collaboratively to design effective solutions for clients across a spectrum of services, such as SEO, SEM, and SMM, reputation management and brand creation.
They are currently seeking an experienced highly enthusiastic and independent team player who is highly skilled as an Account Manager.
The perfect candidate must be a people's person and relationship orientated, highly detail oriented and understand time management.
Primary Function
Manage an account portfolio of approximately 25-40 (or 15-20 big valued clients) small to medium sized clients, including some National Accounts and One-Time Clients.
Utilize your Digital Marketing knowledge to understand client needs and present cost effective solutions which will increase customer spend, loyalty and retention.
Job Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new clients
- Holding regular calls with clients to finalize monthly deliverables and review work completed.
- Coordinate activities within the team and to communicate regularly with the clients regarding all projects
- Working closely with the operations team and will effectively communicate all information with the client
- Monitoring, reporting and presenting client performance data to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Managing projects to ensure deliverables are completed on-time and to the right standards.
- Managing the implementation of new marketing technology for clients
- Identifying and pitching new services to existing clients
- Client renewals and upselling
Education and Experience
- 1-3 years experience as an Account Manager in the digital marketing / advertising industry
- Experience in marketing data analytics and interpretation is required.
- Has been exposed to the practices of modern B2B and digital marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC & Social Media is required
- Working knowledge of website development and CMS preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and familiarity with B2B emailing is essential
- Candidates with familiarity in Google AdWords / Analytics would be given preference
